Coffee

We take steps to ensure the coffee you receive is the freshest it can possibly be.  When we receive our green coffee, we transfer it into hermetically sealed GrainPro bags that are stored in a climate controlled environment until roasting.  Each coffee bag displays a handwritten roast date, so you'll know that you're drinking the freshest coffee possible.

No.  The coffee beans are aged in an empty barrel that previously held whiskey.  Any moisture absorbed by the beans is burned off during the roasting process.

Your coffee is packaged in an heat sealed bag with a valve to release CO2 that's produced by the beans after roasting.  Once opened, the bag contains a resealable opening.  Simply press out the air and re-seal when finished.  For best results, the coffee should be brewed within 2-4 weeks of the roast date

Shipping

Our shipping has a flat rate of $5.  The more coffee you order, the more you save.  Local delivery is free.

Most orders will ship within 2 business days.  If you select the grind option, we store the beans for 48 hours after roasting to allow the release of CO2 before grinding.
